This review is based off my experience trying to simply receive a quote for an upcoming wedding for a close friend. I give one star … simply bc I did get information from the gentleman over the phone and gave him my contact information to send me details so I can send to the bride. I’ve been in touch with numerous of companies and I personally asked for an email. I had to call back because I had the bride ask me something but couldn’t recall. He told me he would email me in 15-20 minutes (didn’t receive anything) and he felt the need to state how extremely busy he was. That’s fine but obviously my inquiry wasn’t important enough. Moving forward I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for immediate services.
Day 2:
After my review being noticed the owner realized he didn’t have my correct email. He texted me a screenshot of what could have gotten to me. By an honest mistake he resent the information I was interested in. Like mentioned before this is a review based off customer experience not the actual service. I added two stars for recognizing the issue and solving it in a timely manner.
We recently used limo alive for our wedding. We ordered the 27 passengers party bus and it was great. We had enough room to move. All of the bridal party was impressed with the inside. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you Danny and staff for all you did.
Amazing!!! Danny was nothing but help!!! We ended up using his services for the wedding and for the charter for the limo. All our guests complemented on how nice the limo’s were and how great the service was. Even if their was only one couple in the limo he would still run them back!!!Timing was perfect!!! I have already had a few people ask me for the company name so they could call in too!!! Thank you Limos Alive!!!
Limos Alive was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding!! We dealt with Danny directly who was always sure to get any requested information to us ASAP. I originally booked the 28 passenger bus with a bathroom for the transport from Church to the venue. I ended up adding an additional hour to my contract to have the party bus be a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel to get to the venue. Danny was great about the time change and didn’t even charge for me for that extra hour!! Our bus was clean and stocked with beer, water, and champagne!! This was awesome for our long ride from Chicago to Wheeling!! Our driver was so helpful and willing to stop wherever we wanted… He even took the garbage out every time we all got off the bus for something!! I would definitely recommend Limos Alive for any type of car/bus rental. After planning a wedding, the last thing you need to worry about is a transportation issue on your wedding day! Thank you Limos Alive for making our special day that much easier!!!
